All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
For pre-orders, we will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm details. Payment is taken once your piece is ready to ship.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We currently ship within the UK only. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Free UK delivery on orders over £80.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@leni.co.uk with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
Pre-orders: Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your pre-order.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. payment processors, couriers).
By placing an order, you agree to us storing your contact details for order fulfilment and customer service purposes.
